Having the en-suite facilities and large garden!
Water! and Kitchen storage
"The water needs to be sorted! Had to buy bottled water for toddler. Hot and cold water for baths/ showers could be improved, you'd expect to be able to run the bath and the shower in the next room at the same time but couldn't. Cold tap wasn't great, took a long time to cool bath down if too hot. Kitchen storage isn't great, being a big house with the space for more than 10 people there isn't enough storage! we had to put our cupboard food all around the kitchen surface and in the dining room - making it look untidy and ran out of space to prepare food.

Also baring in mind babies/ children are welcome.. there are no stair gates so we brough ours but the stairway is too wide - need extensions. Unless like us you keep your children in the living room with doors shut or keep constant eye on them."
