location is good as it's a short journey to crantock, polly joke and hollywell beaches and not far from newquay
the smell.... damp downstairs and bad drains upstairs. overplays the character in the details as old an tired is not the same as 'with character'
"more generous welcome wouldn't go a miss (a cup of milk and 6 tea bags is pretty stingy!)"
