In this high-quality apartment in OstseeResort Olpenitz you hardly get enough of the view: from the cozy lounge or the on stilts over the water built terrace you have a view from Marina to Baltic Sea. Right behind the houses is the Schleimündung on which you can follow from both bedrooms the passing sailboats. The wooden benches provide the perfect setting for a hearty barbecue (electric grill). Please note that the resort area is still under construction. The development of the site is not yet complete and there may be construction activities even in the vicinity of the house.
