This apartment is light and airy with three bedrooms and is situated on the first floor with stairs and lift (good access for wheelchairs). It is in a gated complex a short distance from the road leading to the motorway to Nice airport. The grounds are landscaped, particularly around the gated pool, and the adjacent property is in use as a cactus farm. Almost all rooms have doors leading onto a large balcony ideal for evening meals overlooking the garden, and the living/dining room is spacious with a large table to seat 8-10. The old town of Fréjus is just a short walk away with cafés, bars and restaurants. The apartment is 2km away from beaches and coastal towns. Excellent bus and train links are close by, although a car is recommended as you will be in an ideal location for visiting the coast, the mountain villages and the nearby Roman era Aurelian ruins.
