Description of I Frate

With a wonderful view of the Euganean Hills, surrounded by olive trees and woods, and just a few kilometers from the famous thermal baths of Abano and Montegrotto, lies this large semi-detached house with outdoor and indoor whirlpool, strategically located to visit some of the most beautiful villages in Italy as Arquà Petrarca and Este, or the rich and unique heritage of the charming Venetian Villas. For sports enthusiasts there are various cycle paths, golf courses and for diving enthusiasts at 15 km is the Y-40 pool, the deepest pool in the world with thermal water. The accommodation has large rooms and is on two floors connected by a wooden staircase. In the garden you can enjoy dining under a gazebo, regenerating in the Jacuzzi or sunbathing, letting the gaze wander among the beauty of these hills. The owners live in the house next door and have dogs and cats that can also be found in the part reserved for guests. In the area you can practice various sports: golf, diving and swimming in the thermal pools, cycling, mountain biking, nordwalking, hiking on the hills, rock climbing at Rocca Pendice (3 km) and paragliding from Monte della Madonna. At 13 km is the thermal spa of Abano and Montegrotto, in an hour's drive you can reach the long and sandy beaches of the Adriatic coast (Jesolo, Caorle, Sottomarina) and Lake Garda with its theme parks. The main cities of art are within easy reach: Venice (60 km), Padua (20 km), Vicenza (40 km), Treviso (80 km), Verona (70 km), and many characteristic medieval towns and villages. The area also offers a wide eno-gastronomic offer: in numerous restaurants and trattorias or fairs and events in the village you can taste typical dishes of this territory. The last stretch of the access road is not paved. Located next to IVC201.
