Description of Lynbrook

Lynbrook is a 2 bedroom bungalow which sleeps up to 6 people in a quiet residential street in Frinton.
There are two bedrooms, 1 double and one twin with additional sleeping for 2 people on a sofa bed in the lounge.
The kitchen has been refitted in 2021 and comes complete with electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, crockery and cutlery.
The lounge comprises of a TV, Sofa, Sofabed, Dining Table and Chairs and has WIFI included. The Lounge has patio doors which leads out to to a small patio area in the un-overlooked garden.
There are sun loungers available for guest use.
The bathroom has a overhead shower.

Situated in the tranquil seaside town of Frinton on Sea in Essex, Lynbrook is situated just 15mins walk fromthe sandy beach and greensward with its beautiful views and picturesque beach huts. With easy access to nearby resorts of Walton on the Naze and Clacton on Sea this is ideal as a holiday base.
Frinton has a good selection of individual shops, coffee bars and restaurants, banks, supermarkets as well as a popular golf course and lawn tennis club.
The bungalow is also well situated for exploring other parts of Essex including the famous Beth Chatto gardens, Constable Country, maritime history of Harwich and historic town of Colchester.

Notes

Short breaks are available at certain times of the year. Rates are generally 60% of weekly hire for 3 nights and 70% of weekly hire for 4 nights.

Changeover

Changeover day is normally Saturday unlessother arrangements are made with the owner.

Booking Conditions

Deposit of 50% is required upon booking and balance is required 45 days before hire
Damage deposit fee of £250 is payable at least 7 days before hire and is returned within 7 days of departure subject to no damage.
Pets are permitted by prior arrangement and fee of £25 per pet
